Account & Billing
Manage your profile, password, and subscription all from one place.
Accessing Your Account
Click your name in the top-right navigation bar and select Account. The Account page has three sections: User Information, Password, and Subscription.
User Information
Update your first name and last name from the User Information card. Your email address is displayed here but cannot be changed directly — contact support if you need to update your email.
Password
To change your password, enter your current password followed by your new password (twice to confirm) and click Change Password.
Subscription
The Subscription card shows your current plan, number of websites included, and your next renewal date.
Subscribing for the First Time
If you don't have an active subscription, a plan selection widget appears here. Choose Basic ($14.99/mo) or Pro ($19.99/mo) and complete checkout via Stripe. Your subscription activates immediately.
Managing an Existing Subscription
Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can:
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Update your payment method
- View past invoices and receipts
- Cancel your subscription
Canceling Your Subscription
Cancel from the Stripe billing portal. Your site stays live until the end of the current billing period. You won't be charged again after canceling. You can resubscribe at any time from the Account page.
Subscription Renewal Issues
If a payment fails, you'll receive an email notification. Update your payment method in the Stripe billing portal to avoid service interruption. Stripe automatically retries failed payments before canceling.
