Editing Pages
Use the page editor to customize every section of your website with your own content and images.
Opening the Editor
From your website's detail page, click the Edit button next to any page. The page editor opens with a split view: the sidebar on the left for controls and the live preview on the right.
Understanding Sections
Pages are made up of sections — independent blocks of content such as a hero banner, a services grid, a testimonials block, or a contact form. Each section has its own set of editable fields.
- The Sections list in the sidebar shows all sections on the page.
- Click a section name to select it and see its editable fields below.
- Fields vary by section type: they may include text, images, links, and more.
Adding a New Section
Editing Section Content
With a section selected, the Section Settings panel shows all editable fields for that section. Common field types include:
- Text fields — Edit headings, body copy, button labels, etc.
- Image fields — Upload a new image or choose from stock photos or your library.
- Link fields — Set URLs for buttons or navigation items.
Changes are reflected in the live preview automatically as you type.
Working with Images
When editing an image field, you can:
- Upload an image from your computer (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, SVG).
- Search stock photos for free, high-quality images from our image library.
- Choose from your library to reuse images already uploaded to this website.
- Edit an existing image's alt text and title for accessibility and SEO.
Previewing Your Page
The live preview on the right shows how your page looks at different screen sizes. Use the toolbar buttons to switch between:
- Desktop
- Tablet
- Mobile
You can also click Preview to open a full-page preview in a new tab.
SEO Settings
Click SEO Settings at the top of the sidebar to set the page's:
- SEO Title — The title shown in Google search results (recommended: 50–60 characters).
- Meta Description — A short summary shown under the title in search results (recommended: 150–160 characters).
Publishing
When you're satisfied with your changes, click the Publish button in the top toolbar. This saves your changes and makes the page live on your website. Unpublished pages show an Unpublished badge in the website detail page.
