Live Chat

The fastest way to get help. Look for the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of any page on the site. Click it to open a chat window and send us a message.

  • Live chat is monitored during business hours. You'll receive a reply as quickly as possible.
  • You can optionally provide your name and email when starting a chat so we can follow up if needed.
  • If you're logged in, your account is automatically linked to the chat session.
Tip: For urgent issues, live chat is your quickest route. For detailed technical questions or billing matters, a support request ensures nothing gets lost.

For non-urgent issues or when you need to provide detailed information, submit a support request.

Click Support in the footer (visible when logged in), or go to app/support.

Select the category that best matches your issue: Domain Help, Technical Issue, Billing, or General Question.

Select the website your issue relates to (if applicable).

Enter a subject and describe your issue in detail. The more context you provide, the faster we can help.

Click Submit Request. We'll reply to your account email.

What to Include in a Support Request

The more detail you provide, the faster we can resolve your issue. When possible, include:

  • The name of the website affected
  • The exact URL or page where the issue occurs
  • A clear description of what you expected vs. what happened
  • Any error messages you saw

Common Issues & Quick Answers

My domain isn't resolving / site won't load

Check that your DNS records match what's shown in your DNS Settings. DNS changes can take up to 48 hours to propagate. If it's been longer, contact support.

I was charged but can't access my account

Contact support immediately with your email address and the charge details. We'll investigate and resolve it as a priority.

My published page isn't showing the latest changes

Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R). If the issue persists, re-publish the page from the editor. Contact support if it still doesn't update.

I forgot my password

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. A reset email will be sent to your registered address.
